After walking into the local gym to lift some weights (cause I’m swol like that), I looked down and saw a spider on my pants. It was interesting to see it after the whole trek into the building all the way to the weight area. But, I wasn’t going to let this one die in the desolate building. It would surely see its doom, as most human buildings are not sustainable for any life other than humans. So, I did my best to consciously stay and talk with it through my routine to eventually let it outside when I was done (my selfishness coming out).
What I want to point out in all this is the relationship and heart-space needed for that communication to let this little fella in on my intentions so that we could have a peaceful time at the gym and then part ways outside.
How did I do this?
I first had to accept spiders for their righteous lives on this planet and respect them for their pursuit in life. I know it seems difficult, because all spiders are out to kill every human no matter the circumstance. In order to accept and respect spiders for their journey, I had to let go of this discrimination to let my heart invite this energetic communication of “I ‘see’ you, and I hope you ‘see’ me. I don’t not fear you, because I understand you’re not only evil that doesn’t deserve any attention and compassion.” Coming to this heart-space, it opened the channel for communication to develop the relationship. We can now speak our intentions to each other, and that’s exactly what happened.
What does this have to do with other animals?
We can do this with not only humans and spiders, it can be done with any form of life we wish. The only thing holding us back is our ego and disconnection. This isn’t a difficult concept to see. Though, it’s only difficult to see beyond the human level of life. Some of us can see this within dogs, cats, horses, and other animals, but there is obviously a threshold where we believe it’s impossible. When we believe we can’t talk to trees, we won’t be able to talk to them! In the scope of humans, if we believe we’re above and beyond, separate, and different than another, then the communication is much more difficult.
The main point in all this is the process to allow for “animal whispering.” We all do it with some animal or another, even if it’s with humans (we’re still animals). If we want to respect another human being, we have to understand that they’re just as much a part of life as we are. This is how we humans ascended beyond particular levels of racism (discrimination) on a human level, and it opened up the channel for much more balanced communication and eventually harmony. I've been able to consciously do this on multiple occasions with multiple forms of life ranging from insects to large animals. Now, that kind of interaction is so "normal" that the struggle to get to this place isn't nearly as difficult.
Then, we can speak to whatever form of life we wish to open ourselves to, and we won’t have to feel the same sort of dynamic and imbalanced interactions with animals.
Bugs won’t “bother” us, bees won’t sting us, rabbits won’t run away, birds will be curious, dogs will be inviting, cats will be observant, and much more. We all experience the “annoyances” with the natural environment, being that humans constantly try to encapsulate life within buildings that push out any other form of life. It severs our heart from the other life on this planet that we live with, and feel no remorse in raiding their environments for our personal gain. I’m not saying we should live in clay huts and eat leaves all day to be “one with nature.” We can do that if we need to rebalance the spiritual scales within us, but it’s not necessary for every human. There is a respect we need to give our environment in all the ways we took from these different forms of life (plants, animals, and etc…)
Approaching our environments with this sense of understanding that we all give and take from each other (rather than only take, because we’re dominant and the best), they now feel this sense of loving balance within us, and the channel is now open.
We can both go about our business with (or without) each other in peace…

After dealing with many divisions in life ranging from neighborly conflicts to religious and philosophical conflicts, reconciling them is my mission. These divisions can cause many mixed feelings that take longer to remedy and ultimately longer to achieve our unique purposes. My passion is assisting in spiritual evolution while being in the midst of our daily life circumstances...
